Services

Our services range from a taking a drawing on a paper napkin to prototype testing, installation and setup. We have an experienced and enthusiastic team ready to address your challenge, configure a solution and then engineer and design the product. Our well-equipped shop is set up to handle all machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, and powder coating. If you need, we even have our own delivery fleet for drop off and installation at your facility.

CNC & Manual Machining and Fixtures

We proudly “machine and fabricate” all components of our lifters, and produce a wide variety of fixtures for a wider range of industries. Our team is happy to create solutions for every type of manufacturing issue, and most of our machine shop associates have been with us for over a decade. The machine shop inventory includes surface grinders, machine lathes that swing up to 80”, drill presses, and a plethora of other manual machines.

Fabrication

Our well-equipped shop specializes in all types of fabrication and prototyping. We build everything from autoclaves and hydraulic tables for the aeronautic industry to waste disposal lifters. Imagine what we could build for you.

We only use the finest powder coat material on the planet from Akzo Nobel Industries. Loaded with an extensive color pallet, if the color you are looking for is not already in stock here, we can usually have it in only a few days!

Machining

We proudly machine all components of our lifts, and produce varieties of fixtures and gauges for a wide range of industries. Our team is happy to create solutions for every type of manufacturing issue, and most of our machine shop associates have been with us for over a decade.

Fabrication

We have on staff some of the finest certified welders (MIG/TIG) in the business. Their fabrication abilities will transform your ideas into reality.
